I am approaching my final week here in Québec City and I can’t believe how fast time flew by. With the final week being exam week, I figured I should try to make a posting before I go into study/project mode. For the past few weeks, aside from getting myself immersed in the culture of the city I have also been doing a lot of eating (I can’t figure a better way to support the local economy). One of my favorite places in the city is Picardie and they make some fabulous baked goods but what sets them apart from other bakeries is that they are a mixture of boulangerie/délices as they sell ham, cheese, imported goods and classic dishes such as quiches, pastas, etc.
