Matcha Raspberry Brioche

wpid-wp-1424205970036.jpegI am a huge green tea fan and I have had green tea dessert paired with an assortment of flavours but this was the first time I had it with raspberry. I was skeptical at first but as usual, Nadège Patisserie never disappoints be with their innovative take on French pastries. I only wished I had enough space in my stomach for more.

Riverdale Park

With the weather getting chilly and the leaves changing colour, I decided to take a walk along the Riverdale Park a few week ago to enjoy what was left of the warm weather. I am definitely not ready for the winter.

Lillan Massey Building

There are many beautiful buildings across Toronto but the Lillian Massey Building would probably be one of my all time favourites. In this day and age where practically everything gets torn down for a condo, I am always happy to see a historical building still be in use.

St. Lawrence River (Fleuve Saint-Laurent)

I decided to end of my last post on Québec City with the breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. While my 5 weeks in Québec City might be considered short or long depending on who you ask, I can honestly say that it was a rewarding experience regardless of the length of time. It was not easy at first as this was my first time living away from home but it was an enriching experience for me overall. My time in the city has allowed me to not only improve my French (I still have a lot to work on), learn about a different side of Canada, meet new people but also do a bit more self discovery.

Cher la ville de Québec et l’Université Laval,

Merci beaucoup pour l’experience bonne. Je retournerai bientôt!
